Meet our leadership team

Phelim Bradley, Ph.D

CEO & Co-founder
Phelim’s background is in Physics and Computational Biology, with a DPhil in Genomic Medicine and Statistics from Oxford University. He built the first Prolific platform in 2014, led the product strategy as CTO, and became CEO in 2021. In his spare time he’s an avid Irish Rugby supporter, whisky drinker, and amateur yogi.

Jim Moodie

COO
Jim’s passion for startups with a positive social impact led him to Prolific. At work, he focuses on operational strategy and scaling a world-class remote team, whilst at home he enjoys hiking the Ridgeway, reading about history, foraging, and making cider.

Michelle Harte

General Counsel
Michelle loves the challenges start-ups bring and joined in 2021, heading up all things legal at Prolific. She loves hiking, going to concerts, and being a taxi service to her two sports-mad sons.

Jess Fiander

CFO
Jess joined Prolific from PwC to help build a finance team which delivers meaningful insights and engages stakeholders in our growth journey. Outside of work, she is a keen home baker, proud dog-mum, and park run regular.

Matt Tuplin

VP, Engineering
Matt is responsible for engineering and data, with people and culture placed at the heart of building our world class tech teams. Outside of work you will often find him at the gym, ferrying kids around, or glued to the F1.

Sara Saab

VP, Product
Sara comes to Prolific after doing Product on both sides of the Atlantic, in industries ranging from healthtech to transport. Outside of work she weightlifts, runs, and stays on top of the latest fiction releases. She loves a good croissant.

Chloe Cochrane

Director, People and Talent
Chloe leads Prolific's People Strategy and has a strong background in Talent Acquisition. With her team, she ensures Prolific attracts top talent and cultivates a thriving work culture. She is a proud dog mum to Sully her Shar Pei, enjoys playing netball and indulging in her chocolate addiction.

Frankie Bryant

VP Sales and Customer Success
Passionate about tech for good, Frankie joined Prolific to lead our sales and customer success teams. They help our researcher customers to do the best research of their careers on Prolific. At home, you’ll find her spending time with her little one and watching too much CBeebies.

Jim Lumsden

Head of Data
After completing his PhD at Bristol University, Jim Lumsden joined Prolific as a data analyst, eventually becoming Head of Data. He's dedicated to developing Prolific's data strategy, scaling the data organisation, and ensuring every team has access to top-notch self-serve data and embedded analytic insights.

Jane Hillman

Head of Marketing
As Head of Marketing at Prolific, Jane draws on over a decade of experience in science, medicine, and technology. She is deeply committed to cultivating robust teams that consistently achieve impactful outcomes. And she’s equally committed to her cats and love of snacks.
